Please be aware that no contract exists between PetzRus or yourself until we dispatch your product(s) to your delivery address. All electronic payments are made via a third party site (HSBC Secure ePayments) at the time of ordering and this is not a binding contract. PetzRus will never be aware of your card details and we will not ask you for your card details, electronic payments are made through the HSBC Payment Gateway or Google Checkout only.

PetzRus aim to supply an initial delivery slot for Local Deliveries within 24 hours of the order being placed, subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or is not a stocked item it will therefore need to be ordered in, you will be informed by email or phone usually within 1 hour of the order being placed with an anticipated date the product will be available, this will usually be at least 3 working day's. In the unlikely event the product is out of stock beyond 10 working days of the order being placed,PetzRus shall communicate with you with the option of a full refund by the same means payment received.

PetzRus try to ensure all data, including prices, are accurate. However, occasional errors may be evident, PetzRus will not be liable for such errors and will refund any incorrect pricing purchase.

Delivery

Delivery address for postcodes outside of our local free delivery area must order through the relevant online ordering pages and pay the delivery charge. In all circumstances prior to dispatch PetzRus reserve the right to refuse an order and refund full payment, by the same method the payment was made. PetzRus shall attempt two notified Local Delivery attempts, at which stage a refund will be considered.

Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or anywhere else outside of Mainland UK will be subject to an additional postage charge not stated on the online shop. Any order placed outside of our standard postage charge area will receive an email stating the additional charge and offering a full refund if they do not wish to proceed with the order.

Returns Policy

PetzRus wish you to be 100% happy with your product and have the following returns procedure in place to assist.

Any product incorrectly delivered by us must be notified to PetzRus within 2 days of receipt.

Damaged in transit goods must be notified to us by 4pm the following day from delivery.

Any item not suitable or incorrectly ordered must be returned to PetzRus for a full refund within 7 days of purchase providing the item remains in it's new unopened condition. Unfortunately we are unable too offer any form of refund if the there are signs the product has been used or has been opened. PetzRus will not refund your return or initial postage costs.

All returns must be wrapped securely, have your reason for return, your name and address included and be sent to;
